A couple of things that help with panic attacks is to lower cortisol levels
(CortiStop), and rev up the adrenals (Thyromin, VitaGreen, Mineral Essence).
Cleansing is also a good place to start.

Gary Young shared a protocol with a class I attended in 1994 in
Wyoming that I have shared with 10’s of thousands of people since.
It’s the most amazing thing – it seems to balance brain chemistry and
is very uplifting to the mood. I use it every single day. If I go
a few days without using it, [...]

I’m getting sweeter all the time!
According to LabCorp, the normal range for Glucose, Serum (blood
sugar) is 65-99. In April of 2004 I tested 48. I suffered since
childhood from white outs, migraine headaches and sugar cravings.
Last week, I tested 83! How about that?
In those three years I have dropped caffeine (except for hot tea),
nearly severed all [...]

I am a sugar junkie, with characteristics somewhat like an alcoholic in the
respect that I cannot eat just small amounts of sugar (i.e. candy). If I have
one candy bar I want another until I go from one a week, to two a week, to
daily, to several (5-10 or so) candy bars a day. I can [...]
