Formulated by Nancy Sanderson (Gary Young’s sister)
Combine the following in the exact order in an amber colored glass jar: 8
drops Spruce, 8 drops Sandalwood, 7 drops Fir, 5 drops Hyssop, 4 drops
Lemongrass, 5 drops Helichrysum, 4 drops Birch (or Wintergreen), 2 drops
German (blue) Chamomile and 1 drop Blue Tansy in 1 ounce of V-6 Mixing Oil
This is Nancy Sanderson’s (Gary Young’s sister) recipe and it should be
mixed in the order the oils are mentioned. You can get Blue Tansy and
German Chamomile from Creer Labs, phone 1-801-465-5423 to order. This is a
sister concern of Young Living. Oils that they don’t sell singly but only
use in their blends can be had from here.
The tendon formula – I just take an ounce of Ortho Sport and add 20 drops
each of Aroma Siez, Lemongrass, Lavender, Peppermint and Wintergreen.
