292 – Shin Splints

When my shin splints act up, I use Peppermint, Valor, Pan Away & Deep Relief on them. I have found that since I started taking BLM, they don’t act up as much as they used to.

They hurt in such different ways. I like the blm, and the super C.
Sulferzyme seems to help too. Which will also help a sprain but I don’t put
cold on shin splints.
